As a psychotherapist (Registered Social Worker), trained in Gestalt Therapy I work with individuals, couples and families. My approach and style of counselling have been greatly influenced by my family life and personal spiritual development as well as my education in health care, Gestalt psychotherapy, mediation, and as a family professional in collaborative family law.
For the past 14 years I have worked with individuals, couples and families addressing the many challenges people experience in their personal and professional lives including: family conflict, parenting challenges, social anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, couple/marital conflict, separation and divorce, blended families, ADHD , career shifts, procrastination, low self esteem, and workplace conflict.
I have tremendous faith in the resiliency of the human spirit and the capacity for greater awareness, which can lead to making choices with courage and resultant change. My strength as a psychotherapist arises from my intuitive and practical approach to life’s challenges.
